Contracts
Precept runs on Soroban. Source is at Templar-Protocol/precept, under the MIT licence. Addresses for live markets are on Official markets.
| Contract | Purpose | Upgradeable |
|---|---|---|
| Pool | Holds a market's reserves, positions and auctions. Lenders, borrowers and liquidators all use it | No |
| Pool factory | Deploys pools. It holds no rights over them afterwards | No |
| Pool oracle adapter | Translates a Templar proxy oracle price into the SEP-40 format a pool reads. It has no owner | No |
| Backstop | Required for activation, with insurance and rewards switched off. See The disabled backstop | No |
| Emitter | Upstream contract in the activation stack, with no source in the Precept repo. Pools cannot configure emissions | Not documented here |
The proxy oracle is a separate contract that lives in Templar-Protocol/contracts. It is governed and can be upgraded. See Oracle governance.
Deployment records
registry/mainnet.jsonl lists every contract Templar has deployed and every WASM hash it uploaded, and testnet.jsonl does the same for testnet. Each line is one JSON object. Filter on "status":"active", and treat Official markets as the list of what to trust.
Lineage and verification
Code lineage records where the code comes from. The formal verification status is in VERIFICATION.md.
